Yep too far
No issues
Not concerned
All over the news this morning regarding the french version of closer magazine publishing topless photo's of princess Kate.
Causing a bit of a stir according to the media..
Bit too far do you think, or in the public interest too share?

Posting semi nude photos of anyone is indecent, unless you have their consent.
Someone who is into that sort of thing should get some sneaky pics of the news editor's missus and plaster them about, I bet they would not be so keen then!![]()
I've experienced people being a bit confused about "Public Interest", this does not mean if the public are interested you can publish. It means in the best interests of the public, you can breach someones privacy if there is a good public reason to do so. If, for the sake of arguement you had a photo showing one of the LOCOG committe literally in bed with the head of G4S, then it would be in the best public interest to reveal that there was an unprofessional relationship that may point to a contract being given for reasons other than business ones. But you can't just publish revealing photos of someone just because they happen to be famous. Everyone is entitled to some privacy.
Can you send me a link to the said photos to help me make a decision?

Shameful and disgusting.
On a professional note, a well trained, correctly dispersed covert SD team would have potentially and probably prevented this.

Plan your work, work your plan.
Roger that,
but by all accounts the photo was taken with a large telephoto lens and from some range.
They were in a private residence, a castle but a private residence none the less
At a private swimming pool,
and the low life french magazine think that is fair game.
If the photographer has to hide in order to get the picture
we should be forgiven if they are mistaken for game and shot.
