9 line medical evacuation request. also called a 9 liner.
Line No:
1- Exact pick up location (grid ref)
2-Radio frequency and call sign at pick up point
3-exact number of casualties by priority
4-special equipment needed eg: litters, ventilators,extrication equipment
5-number of patients by type eg stretcher patients, walking wounded.
6-security at pick up point eg: no enemy, confirmed enemy etc
7- marking of pick up point eg smoke, strobe, panels
8-patients nationality status eg: coalition troops, non coalition civilian.
9-CBRN risk/contamination.
