I've sent my CV off to a few companies and heard nothing back, I know its hard to get work when I only have military expierence but there are jobs out there, I would be happy just to get an interview.
I will be doing the phoenix course soon so just have a few questions.

Should I go through a company to get my CV done professionaly and if so who is good at it?
Is there any chance of getting a job without doing the course considering I am not SF, I did do almost a year of CP work in baghdad with the army and I have also been to afghan (just as a grunt)?
Some people say that marsec is the way to go....thoughts?
