We seek a profile who offers cross-functionally capabilities – not only Security and Risk Management, but can integrate overall Project Management start-up and Strategy together with the Senior Management Team also.

Background (minimum):
+10 years - Former Military or Police NCO, SNCO, WO or Commissioned Officer.
+ 3 years - Experience in Strategic Management and Planning.
+ 3 years - Experience with Project Management (and new market entry is an asset).
+ 3 years - Experience in mining industry (road or rail construction also of interest).

Education:
Accredited Security Management Diploma UK (or PSP or CCP US).
Educated to BSc./BA level in a relevant subject Engineering, Business, Project Management, etc.)
Master degree preferred.
