I strongly beleive everyone should used them.. As Robert DiNiro. put it "Most people respect the badge. Everybody respects the gun … " or fears the gun... whatever.. the truth is.. to the date , no plane that had armed sky marshals on it has ever been hijacked ..

If he's such a hard prick perhaps they should drop him in the sandpit and get him to sort that lot out - what do you think, 5 - 10 minutes before he is on Al Jezeera crying his arse out pleading for the ransom to be paid for his release? @Gorilla. The presence of air marshals may deter but does not in itself prevent attempts to hijack, rather stop them once attempted so my question to you is if yuo have ever had an attempted hijacking that they stopped or never had an attempted hijacking?
