To be honest I would say avoid it at the moment. There are so many guys doing it now that work is so hard to pick up. However if you still want to give it a crack I would suggest the SOS course that is running in Iraq at the moment. If it is UK work you are after then look at any of the decent training providers. There are 100s of threads on here discussing them so I would have a read, do a bit of research and make your mind up for yourself.
The thing is that you need pretty deep pockets now.
As well as your CP course, say £2500, your SIA badge £245, MIRA £700, surveillance £1000 and everything else you need contacts.
Operators are all presenting awesome skill sets now so to compete you have go above and beyond everyone else.
