I'm hoping that you can give me some info/advice, if you have the time.
I've been reading through the posts that followed on from your question a while ago regarding which paramedic route/qualifications to take. I'm now in a similar position to where you were. I've tried researching in different areas on which would be the best option for me.
I can only currently take a distance learning option and so I've been tempted by either the Industry Paramedic or the NREMT Paramedic courses from Merit Training. I took ExMeds FPOS I and MIRA courses in Aug 2014 and I'm now looking to move on from that. I'm living in Mozambique at the moment and would be looking to work almost anywhere overseas but not necessarily oil rigs/offshore. I'm ex Engineers, EOD and have spent the last last 11 years (since leaving the army) working in remote locations anyway, so that's not a problem.
What route did you eventually take? If you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
