Hi Mate,

I've been doing PSD last 7 years in Iraq without an SIA license, i done the course etc, but never needed the blue card. Now I'm seeking more domestic work and obviously need it. I have a common assault charge from 2010, and sia have offered me chance to mitigate the circumstances - i'd really appreciate that template, as the arresting officer is willing to back me up and provide details, such as first offence, plead guilty / co-operated fully and despite his own recommendation not to be prosecuted, the CPS went ahead anyway.
thinking it was a misdeanor i went to go with no legal advice and plead guilty to get it over with quick. Big mistake lol
so, any help would be very appreciated,
