    I wish I'd seen this post a little while ago, I just had a team in Africa and could've possibly saved you some airfare if you felt we were a good fit. I'm currently in between rotations on a program in the ME, and would love to do some work while I'm waiting. I'm a former Marine, been contracting in the ME for the past few years and have been doing Maritime work around Africa in between. If the position hasn't been filled yet, I'd be extremely interested in the work. Please let me know if/what you need from me and I'll get back with you immediately.

    Hello Klockan, I am interested in the West Africa consultancy and available immediately. My background is Rhodesia and South Africa. I am 53 but fit and current. I do IC work for Osen Hunter USA (mostly ex SEAL guys) I have some expereince on oil and gas and most important I understand Africa especially West, doing a paper on Can Mali Become The Next Afghanistan.     nice to hear from you, I hope everything is going on well for you.
    So you served in the 2°REI, perhaps you knows SMITH, he leave the Legion between 2003 and 2006.

    Currently I'm in the 1°REG, soon I go to GABON for four month's, at the november 7 exactly. Nice job, I think that's my last rotation with the Legion until my retirement at the november 20, 2012.

    Im thinking about joining the legion and i need ur advice can you tell me a little bit about the qualifications and the physical requirment to join the legion.

    Also can you tell me the best time to join and what would be the best place or regiment to join.
