    Your friend "PMCTC" have told me that you are a Good Guy :) and I can contact with you to ask for a good advice! I'm merchant fleet navigational officer, who seek and tired of Pirate attacks. I'm asking for only one suggestion from you: how can I get into Anti Piracy Industry? What should be done from my side? May be you could recommend me any courses or training centers which will help me to upgrade all necessarily skills or any other option is also available...I'm just don't know what to start with! Please guide me if you can.

    Lol Yes I agree with the safety aspects, weights can be dangerous if your form is $hite, that goes for any weighted exercise. H & S lol
