Hi Mtbhiggins, thank you for your message. In my honest views I would say yes at the age of 19 your too young to really be considered for CP just now, if i was you I would join the military and get some experience from that. It never did me no harm and then come back to CP if thats the career you want, consider joining the RMP's as they do CP. I hope that is a little bit of help.
