Is a founder member and senior partner in RAM, tony's experience goes back 20 years where he started out in a security managers position, his talents within the industry were quickly recognised and he was moved into a senior management position looking after a group holding company as an in-house consultant. Advising the entire group on its existing policies, whilst implementing new strategies to combat ongoing and future threats from security breaches and terrorist threats that the groupo of companies faced.
During this period he was concurrently advising, independently many security service suppliers on many issues which included; major fraud, close protection, manpower provision and training.
In 2006 tony decided to join forces with John Proctor andd form RAM to provide services he thought were lacking and had experienced whilst in the industry
