city and guilds Weapons Blue Card accreditation

I think you might find this is orientated towards game keeper roles, whereby they need to cull deer etc. It's unlikely to provide you with any small arms input for a CP role in any country.

Hi GTYSON, Thanks for your post, I'm still assembling information, but at the moment I have just moved house, so quite busy with the refurb. However I have not forgotten what I mentioned and once I have a few moments I shall be starting the blog with all that I have recorded over the years...

    CP driver information blog

Cheers for the encouragement. Just thinking whether to have a web site or a blog? and trying to think of a catchy title, so people will look. Hopefully I may 'fil in the bits'. I'll be making sure that this will not replace a good course, driving or CP, but hopefully will enhance their...

    CP Driver information blog

Many thanks, I'm just getting to grips with what to input, then sort a blog site out, and an appropriate name for the page. I hope its gong to ne useful, my aim is genuine, and I know there will be doubters, but it shouldn't cost me more than paying for the blog spot, and time to input. That...

Hi people. Not sure if the mods will like this post, but I have contacted them to ask, but no reply from them. I would like opinions as to whether my below idea would be of use to anyone. I am thinking that towards the end of the year, I would like to start a blog up writing on CP...

    CP driver information blog

Cheers Colonel, I'll look into that. Basically I'm hoping to blog at least once a month, almost like a chapter at a time, to build up a portfolio that others can keep and refer to as needed. When I ran a full CP course a couple of years back, I put together a short version of the main...

    CP driver information blog

Couldn't agree more re the pay. Personally I was offered to run a course for CP. no problem, except the TP wanted to pay me about £100 a day, when he wanted to use my manual, my excercises, scenarios etc. Cheeky git I thought, he was set to make around £14000 for this one course at the time...

A retiree with experience to pass on

Small world, what part of Brum? Yes, your right about the language, I've surprised myself how quickly I've picked up Spanish, without any tuition. Surprises me these days with CP people, that they go on and on about doing hostile courses, when they don't really have the basics of general CP...

Sorry bud for not replying, the thread didn't come to me. No French, some Spanish, and lots of Brummie and Black Country ( you probably never heard of it). Thanks. Funny you ask, someone on here a while back, asked generally what course they should do after the basics, many said, the usual...

The best Advanced and protective driving get course provider

Pick ROSPA or IAM and ask if the group has a current or ex copper who is grade one. That way you will get a little extra insight, you may even be lucky that they may be CP driver trained and give you some advice.

Its been done for quite some time now. I've basically stopped the training I was doing, as couldn't find the right TP. When I did run courses, and I would still do this, was to give a short version to candidates for reference. The manual could be for sale. Its very comprehensive and has all...

And to you mate. I may leave meeting until weather a bit warmer, and take a nice ride halfway perhaps on my bike. I've not done anything else yet, can't decide what I want to do. I'm going through my manual at the moment and updating it grammar wise. I may get some copies done and advertise...
