Located a new EP course in US; instructors check out; price is not the cheapest, but very reasonable......course is 7 days......strictly executive protection .....no PSD training.....can one possibly learn anything of value in 7days?........10-12 hour days....?

Are there particular reasons why some training programs take cash only,and some require a more hefty deposit than others?.....could speculate .....that there are security reasons in some cases .....so a credit card is not accepted....but I grew a wee bit skeptical about a couple of payment...

Thanks everyone, for responding to my pushup workout question.....now does anybody know a goog way to build up to 100 reps in a set.......doing a high volume workout of many sets may increase mty ability to do a lot of total reps.....seems to have no bearing on increasing the # I can do in one...
