    Age isn't the issue unless your younger 20/30s (as an example) and have no experience. A lot of companies can now cherry pick there prospective employees and likely seek those with 'in country' experience...much the same as jobs anywhere...its the old catch 22...companies can now demand...

    plenty of western interests but there is a major issue of operating licences for the various companies...met a number of companies out there, armour and crg prevalent in nigeria but it all depends who dashes the various ministries the most as to who gets the work!
