On this day 70 years ago I would like to pay a personal tribute to all those who on 'D' Day entered Europe to free it from its Oppressors... Warriors, one and all..!
36 years ago I stood in Oosterbeek cemetery at Arnhem (A little later than the 'D' Day landings of course), quietly and respectively I watched grown men, tough men, Tigers in their day 'Cry'! I was informed that, my Sergeant Major lost his 2 older Brothers at Arnhem... 'Every man an Emperor' Utrinque Paratus
