Job Reference
a) Be the Head of Grade of ambulanceman and carry out the duties and responsibilities for the management, training, welfare, discipline and efficiency of all ambulance staff;
b) Oversee the day-to-day management on the ambulance operations and mobilizations;
c) Be responsible for compiling reports and administration tasks related to ambulance operations including statistics, staff performance reports, etc;
d) Attend and take charge of ambulance operations in response to emergency situations or major incidents;
e) Perform quality assurance on the provision of ambulance services.

Entry requirements
Candidate should satisfy the following requirements:-
Pass in at least 5 subjects in the Hong Kong School Certificate Examination, with pass in both Chinese and English, or equivalent qualification (applicant is responsible for the proof of equivalence);
Ability to speak fluent Cantonese and able to speak fluent English / Putonghua will be advantage;
At least 7 years full-time working experience in ambulance service with at least 2 years full-time experience as supervisory manager on frontline ambulance crew;
Experience in conducting in-house ambulance training;
Possession of paramedic qualifications such as Emergency Medical Assistant (II), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), will be an advantage;
Possession of a valid Hong Kong Driving License in various types of vehicles wil be an advantage.
