Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
Avery good friend of the family is 2 years away from retirement, so he has decided to take it easy and to earn some extra "Wonga" does some caretaking work in a local shopping centre, they have just been 2-peed over and received a new contract, However, the new contractors have stated that they must do the bank run every week ( and is not stated on their personal contracts ).
Now, for some of us this would be a easy task, however, these guys are 60 + and never endured a front-line position. Even though, the bank is 10 mins away, they are all quite worried that they have not had the appropriate training needed, where do they stand on this guys ? The coys Manager is coming down tomorrow for a meet, and I would be inclined to ask said presenter for clarification ? Any specific questions would anyone ask ?
