Capstar is seeking to employ an Operations Manager within our Chauffeuring service line. You must have previous managerial experience within the Chauffeuring industry with superb people and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities include -
· Coordinate day to day activity in the operations room and to be responsible for the outstanding delivery of service and support to both clients and drivers at all times
· Provide direct client relationship management to our top 20 clients through regular liaison.
· Ensure day, night, weekend handovers are conducted effectively and that operational capability is maintained 24/7 in a seamless manner
· Oversee, plan and deliver all Capstar events, liaising with all key stakeholders (clients, partners, operations team, drivers)
· Detailed knowledge of all IT systems (especially CRM and booking platform)
· Implement Capstar SOPs and Customer Service Principles and support the objectives of the Operations Team
· Apply a positive, flexible and ‘can do’ approach to all objectives

Engagement: Permanent, Full Time
