Employed Surveillance Operative – North East of England
Established in 1997 as a family owned & managed business to provide legally compliant, ethical surveillance services to Government; Corporate and Insurer clients, Robertson 7 Co has enjoyed consistent, sustainable growth.
We now employ over 130 members of staff offering Intelligence; complex fraud, liability and desktop Investigations; innovative digital solutions; end to end claims handling under delegated authority, data analytics and general liability loss adjusting services from our base in Ongar, Essex and our innovation hub in Croydon, Surrey.
The quality and value of what we deliver continues to drive very significant growth across the business in general and in our surveillance department in particular.
As a result, We seek to recruit additional, home based, trained, qualified and experienced personal injury surveillance operatives in the following regions:
* Located in or around Northumberland, Durham, Tyne & Wear, Cumbria
Responsibilities:
You will be a trained, qualified and experienced personal injury surveillance operative.
You will receive a detailed, written briefing pack, which will contain all available intelligence on the subject of your surveillance.
You will be responsible for conducting ethical mobile; foot; rural or static video surveillance for as many days as directed, in order to secure best evidence.
You will complete a detailed, handwritten, surveillance log contemporaneously, or as soon as reasonably practicable after the event.
You will sign a pre-prepared evidential statement.
You will attend court to give evidence, very occasionally, if required.
You will not be required to complete any reports or edit any footage.
You will not use technical surveillance equipment such as gps/gsm trackers under any circumstances.
You will have:
· Previous personal injury surveillance experience.
· Received recognised training and a qualification in surveillance.
. A patient disposition and a determination to succeed.
Benefits:
Salary: £32,000 rising to £35,000.
25 days annual leave. Public holidays not included.
Optional weekend working bonus.
Paid Overtime
Mobile phone allowance.
Company car.
All surveillance equipment provided.
