I would recommend John Byrne from Axle Training based in Birmingham. There is no FPOS I course independently running but there is a joint FPOS I / MIRA on 10th Aug, 28th Sep and 26th Oct. thank you for your reply I currently have the MIRA qualification its just the FPOS-I that I am looking for and the 3/4 day window is so I can fit it in around work without needing to take any holiday or drop shifts.
However thank you for letting me know about Axle training I appreciate it.
I would also if possible like to find this training in the southern England or Hampshire area if at all possible.

thanks for your post my FPOS-I expired in April this year so will need to do the whole course again.

Hi All
I just wanted to come back to this post that I originally started. I have just completed training with Medsec 7 obtaining both my FPOS-I and a level 3 award in paediatric first aid and was extremely happy with the company instructor and staff from start to finish.
Previously I had trained and achieved my FPOS-I and MIRA with other providers which were fine out of choice for any further courses I will now return to Medsec 7.
Their courses are also priced competitively so worth thinking about.
Just my point of view and in my book when people do things well then I think that should be acknowledged.
