Free knife self defence course! Competition for 3 x places

Is the knife fighting to be outside or inside the gym.
Haven't been to Leyton in years, bet it aint got any better though, or is that Leytonstone.
Hope all goes well and we get a decent report back as regards the day.

No, none of the above, can arrange it for you if you wish, it is in East London quite near the Olympic site so maybe we could borrow the swimming pool for a few hours and drown a couple of candidates, any publicity is good publicity!;)

And Oddjob, Leyton Leytonstone, confuses me too, all the same a proper shite hole, we do have a nice little dojo there however.
