Guys,


does anyone know how to reset these back to factory, cant seem to wipe the stuff i have had on from before. want to reload with all new mapping and waypoints etc but cant seem to get them onto it?

any help would be gratefully appreciated. Now i have tried all the usual things taking SD card and emptying etc and through USB but still nothing reseting is my last resort but after trying to battle through a manual off 157 pages im struggling with me eyes.
 
Have you tried this:

hard reset by holding QUIT, MENU and ZOOM OUT buttons whilst pressing the POWER SWITCH.

Also this:

To perform a master reset:

Ensure the device is powered off
Press and hold Page, Enter and Power simultaneously
Release on the buttons once the Do you really want to erase all user data? message appears
Select Yes
The GPSMAP 60, 60C, 60CS, 60Cx 60CSx, or GPS 60 is now reset. You will want to leave the device outside with a clear view of the sky for a minimum of 20 minutes to acquire satellite data.
 
Does anyone have a link or can send me the base maps for baghdad or iraq, prefered with street view etc. Bloody managed the reset but lost my base maps. had full street view etc before.
