Hi all. First post here.

I submitted my cv for a RST position in London for Gavin De Becker Associates and have had a call back.

I am just wondering if anyone else works or has worked for them and if so what they think of them?

Also what is the selection process like should I decide to go for it.

I haven't worked for them but I know a couple fellas that have, (both ex boot necks) never heard a bad report from either of them.

Sam here, never worked for them my self either. However I did some years ago meet a few people on here that where RST through them and I ended up recruiting 3 of them and relocating them to Italy on a project where they still remain today. One Brit, one American and one Russian, all from a decent military background, all prior tours in the Ghan, Raq and Africa both in service and after service, all where with GB for a couple years after their private contracts down range.

A few months after hiring them I had asked each one why they switched over to my project and they said that it was the known corporation and the excessive pay raise. Two said they would have crossed over just for the work with the corp without a raise.

All in all they had no complaints about GB and would have remained there; all also said that the transition from private down range was fairly simple to the private non-austere side.
