Good & bad about your position?

Security Directors
I sit here at my desk, reading a personnel file and an investigation file preparing myself to chair an appeal hearing. Not a very nice process. (The hearing not reading the files)
This got me to thinking what parts of my job do I enjoy and what are less fun... or what is good and bad about my position?

So how about you guys?
Whats good and bad about your jobs?
 
Thank'ee Mata... No luck needed really. I just have to sit and be fair and impartial... Hopefully the young lady who is appealing her dismissal will see I am acting in such a manner...
 
Good........ 99.9%

Bad........ naff c/v's and bone questions........ American spell checkers and the lack of an intravenous line running from the Irish bar to my left forearm!!!
