You overestimate me Ops m8.

It to me it is a chess game, 3 stages, the opening, the middle game and the endgame...

The opening is the advance party (risk assessment), preparation etc.... Talking to client.

Middle is the job.

The endgame is keeping your King safe from the opponent.

Opening is getting your formations, diamond, box etc open or closed, getting middle board and having it safe for you all.

You can even have an undercover formation where your bishop or knight is keeping an eye there in the background just there to step in if needed.

The endgame is getting home safe, that is the most important part of all! It's what all the preparation beforehand was for.

Your Rooks, Knights and Bishops need to work in harmony with your whole team, the Queen's the TL.

Metaphors are cool.

That's just my personal humble way of looking at things, it works for me.

If the above doesn't work... Phone Ops or Premier.

Not me, I'll be playing poker lol ;).
