Help please someone!!

I sent off my SIA application on the 20th November along with the £220
Received my crb back but tracker was still stuck on checks in progress.
I called SIA who said there waiting for my qualification checks there dosn't seem to be any uploaded to ring my training provider.
I called my training provider who told me this had been done straight away. I contacted the awarding body ed excel. who told me my certificate was sent out on the 24th November but hadn't uploaded anything yet.
Back to the tutor who confirmed that it had been done again. Called ed excel who have confirmed they have received my picture and signature from my tutor. but......
I received this back before..
I've seen the photo and signature has been uploaded, however, there is no upload date or batch number. I am not sure whether this is entered by the SIA or by us. So it may be worth giving them a call to see if it's come through.

I called the SIA who said nothing has been received by them and the batch number should already be done so they can just pull it off the system.

Does anyone have any advice or what I should do next or does it seem I'm doing all the work and running around while paying a £220 administration fee??
 
I suspect that the problem is with your training provider or Edexcel, try asking Edexcel who is responsible for putting the date and batch number on. If it is the TP, then get back on to them and ask why it hasn't been done. If its not done very quickly then tell your TP that you'll initiate legal action through the small claims court if they don't get the necessary information uploaded with 3 working days. You can also make a formal complaint to Edexcel and the SIA about the TP. You might also like to search this forum with the name of your TP to see if they have had similar problems in the past.
 
Thanks for the advice. I think its ed excel myself because how can they release a certificate without my picture being originally uploaded also the SIA said the form must not be getting uploaded properly. But then I think ed excel must do this nearly everyday it must be my TP. argh well Ill have to call them all again tomorrow ha, thanks for you advice :)
 
Got a message back today of ed excel. they supply the batch number etc been uploaded to sia and I am now awaiting decision does any one no how long that takes roughly??
 
SIA are working pretty fast these days, if the CRB is done then there's really not much else to do. However, with Christmas just around the corner it might take a bit longer. Remember that you can work once your licence is granted and don't have to wait for the bit of plastic. If you're lucky you might have it in a week. Just look at the tracker everyday and start looking for work.

Its so nice for someone who has posted asking for help to let us know the outcome. It is just common courtesy but all too uncommon these days. Hopefully you'll be a regular contributor to the forum.
 
Got my first job interview on Wednesday currently working as a customer service advisor in retail hope that Gos on my favour as experience for the security position
