Seems like they changed it as in 2014 it took me about a week and now I submitted a application 3 weeks ago and paid for it new photo etc and on my account it still says it's not on the "next steps" part. It also claims they have recieved payment are are veryfying the details. I've messed a few weeks work already and it's doing my nut in. They say within 25 days but I heard you could get a letter before then. I've got no convictions so why would it take more than 3 weeks?
