How many hours standing do you do?

Have a look at the Alexander technique for a start, and pilates exercises.
many which can be found on youtube to begin with.
After your shift or between when you have a little time, try and do some stretching.
I have found one of the problems I encountered over many years of standing is poor posture.
My back used to hurt because i used to throw my pelvis out by clenching my buttocks (just happened, something to do with working gay clubs maybe)
Try and move around as often as you can, and change your stance frequently.
I did get some comfort from wearing a neoprane back belt, which helped maintain a better position for my back and pelvis.
I also believe that there are 'corsets' available for people with bad backs.
So why wait till you get a bad back and plan ahead.

You seem to have got a little side tracked boys.
I'm sure you're just being a bit Bi Curious.
and in reply to both your PMs
the best club to come out in around the London area is The Hoist in Vauxhall.
as they'll take anyone, and yes RD in answer to your second PM they do like it rough.
Hope that answers your Queeries.
Owned and worked quite a few gay clubs in my time, both the funniest and easiest jobs I've ever had.

I would have thought you would have suggested the Vauxhall Tavern for their first "outing" so they can wear their Sunday best unless they like wearing "chest rigs" :D

Nah,
they're rough, tough and like leather, or so I'm guessing.
The hoist is just fine for them.
The Hoist was down the road from us and the first time we went and bought a dozen crates of beer off them (ran short)
It frightened the crap out of me, 300 muscle mary boys roided up and as high as kites on amil,Es and anything else to hand.
They seemed a very friendly bunch of lads though.
Like a hells angels meet on fairy dust. haha.

(not much unlike a CPW meet I've been reliably informed.)
