How's the Industry these days?

Hi guys, you Water warriors! Just out of interest? how is the Maritime Industry these days... still Buoyant? or like many arms of the Industry has it tended to bottom out or settle down. Don't worry, I am not after employment unless it was to make tea because I do have a tendency to part with my custard when the going gets rough! Hey Ho!

No idea and no hope, really, about a year and a half ago got mi STCW 5 titles paper and later in this year got the DS paper but not even trying to send CVs as philipino and other "first line developed countries" staff are impossible to beat for the professionally, wages and seriousness of the certifications... (you get the idea)
