I am a little surprised, I work as CPO (military and civilian) and in the security management since 12 years and know the Europe market and the world a little. But somehow it comes before me, that the market concentrate currently and the last 3 years only in Iraq, Afghanistan, parts of Africa and South America's?

The world is not safer, What's up, where are the good jobs?

The reason that the market is concentrated in Iraq, Afghanistan etc is because they are high risk.
The rest of Europe is not. Because of all the overseas high risk work, more people have trained to become CP operatives. Some people have done courses with no military experience thinking that they will walk into high risk PSD jobs overseas. Training organisations have (and still are) happy to take their money.
As for Europe/UK work, yes the world is no safer but there are more CP operators than ever before. Jobs go quickly.
