NANKO: OFFSHORE PROJECT SECURITY MANAGER – LATAM REGION
ROLE On a rotational basis, the position is based mostly onshore and with periods of time at company’ flotels. Reporting to the NANKO Regional Security Officer and client’s local Project Management, the incumbent of this position will coordinate onshore-offshore security related matters to ensure alignment with project goals. He will evaluate and address security threats to the project advising following international best practices and standards.
CORE OF COMPETENCES: ISPS Code certificated, the ideal candidate will implement SOPs in compliance with Ship Security Plans. He will promote security awareness and vigilance through realistic training scenarios in a safe manner; provide expert consultancy advice to client in the areas of security Risk Management as well as organizing and managing physical security and security subcontractors; he will have experience carrying out security assessments for ships, mobile offshore drilling units and desirable to be familiar with seabed to surface operations either at swamps or swallow waters including installations of structures, sea towing, drilling operations etc.
LANGUAGES: Fluent in Spanish and English mandatory for this position.
REMUNERATION:
Commensurate with experience.
