Thought I'd introduce myself to the rest of you. Currently serving in 2REI, a little less than a year left on my contract. I'm here so obviously the idea is to get into private security after the legion, maritime security being the #1 priority. One tour in Afghan and one in Abu Dhabi, really love the work but as most of you can guess the "system" is not exactly what I was looking for.

Any chance you could tell a little about your experiences in the Legion? How have you found 2REI? When you say the "system" is not for you, any chance you could elaborate? Major kudos for not deserting and serving your contract. What about maritime security attracts you so much?
