For answer to Ronin1965 , I turn first to the forum members for

advice and experiences before turning to training companies

and for answer to covert munkey , I help me sometimes with a

translator ,of course ;)

And a last question all SAS, SBS, NAVY SEALS ... all those working in

hostile areas, made the CP courses,

oddly nobody do not answered ;)

Ryan, if I understand your question then there may be some ex SF guys working who haven't done a civvy course but they may well have been CP trained in their units. Also RMP CP ops will not necessarily need to do a civvie course because they have already been trained to a very high standard. These are specialists though and a minority, most military personnel ( I only speak for UK here ) will never have had this type of training.

Quite correct charlie.. I have never taken a civilian cp course due to courses attended whilst in service, but hold an SIA licence (wow.. the honour) I do struggle to advise people on what course to attend in the 'real world' due to that fact.. I'm often approached at seminars, conferences etc and asked who would I recomend

I do sometimes wonder if I should approach a training company or two to see about arranging to sit in on a days training.

Thank you gentlemen

you light my lantern

And which are the differences that you remarks hippy ?

Between "civilian" courses and your "military" courses

I may be having the answers to my questions :)

Well having never attended a civilian course I couldn't say!

As for military courses content, I don't really think a public forum is the place to discuss such courses in detail!

Hippy it would be our pleasure to host you over here in Serbia to asses our training and have a beer or three.

Just say when and we will arrange accom etc.

And before the world and his wife say 'me too please', thanks for asking but.....erm.....not if your motive is just to have a 'jolly'!!
