Was in the classifieds of the Salisbury Times. I have some good experience. Seven years in the UK, 1st Royal Fusiliers and 2nd Royal Tank Regiment. I have an Advanced Close Protection Course from South Africa under my belt, but I'm having a hell of a time...
I've been promised a lot. Like heading security in Columbia. Or escorting Heli-mechs around Afghan... Oh and also that, what'd they call it? Ah yes, "Run and Gun" in Mexico. All of which have fallen through at the last minute and I'm sitting here just barely making rent. I have a couple of mates who have done some little stuff, but with only half a heart.
It would be great if someone knew of some interesting jobs going on in these "far off lands". I'm not too fussed about pay... But I don't want to be dry humped about it... I just need adventure and to get the hell outta this city doing something I love and have always been good at... Soldiering.
I'm a small arms instructor, a tank gunnery instructor (CR2) and also an AFV ID instructor. Not that these may help but it shows I can teach if wanted. I've done the Special Recce Reg. selection and the Cabrian Patrol. I hold a Canadian passport and can get a UK one if needed. I was running SHQ troop as well... If any of this helps... Please PM me if you have anything that can help. I'm more then willing to travel to an interview or have one over the phone... Whatever works...
