Looking for a bit of advice for a relative who at the moment seems to think he knows everything. I've only recently passed my licence but a relative has had theirs for a few years and thinks they know everything. His problem at the moment is that he has attended court for 2 charges - 1 case is for 2 counts of assault and 1 of criminal damage, 2nd case was for stealing over £1k worth of alcohol from the warehouse security job that he was previously in. He has pleaded guilty to the theft charge and is waiting to go back to court. The assault case is still waiting to be heard.
He insists that he is still entitled to work in the security job that he has at the moment but I'm guessing that he hasn't told his current employer about the pending charges against him. I have tried looking online to see if he should still have his licence but can't make sense of it.
So what say you all, should he still be working within security and should he still have his licence?
