m8 its not just u,,but what could be the thing is if u do a course with a company that is also a employer,,like the phenix course,,thats armor group,,an then u will b on there books,,just a matter of time then,,,im thinking of doing the course again,,but wot a pain in the balls 2 do it again like,,m8 on my cv ive got 15years,,ex para/royal irish / iraq tour,, im not showing off ,,the point is i dont really think its the cv,,and i got a shit load of m8s puttin in the word 4 me,, no dice ,, good luck m8 ,,well need it,
 
Well guys quick update out to kabul next thursday only advice i can give is keep pluggin g4 till you get some sort of answer good luck lads !!

If you are looking work get your cv's in pronto to Aegis , Blue Hackle ,Olive and G4S , all the afore mentioned have secured contracts with various oil companies .

Guys check out the thread posted by rocketdodger dont have any specific details on it but its a foot in the door and as most guys will tell you its easier to shift if you want while your in theatre good luck FAB

Hey im a GS infantry soldier to start but thought i would say hi as i did my last year with 7 RIR in Palace barracks in 2001-2002 Was a short stint with at the end of my time but met some really cool guys and a few i wouldnt mind tracking down. Anyone from 7RIR that period drop me a PM!!!

Guys not sure if you have had any joy with work, but Aegis, Olive, Gardaworld and G4S/Armour Group are employing at the minute.

Any former members of 7th/10th bn udr ( 89) , 8 royal irish & 3 royal irish thru to disbandment may not have heard the sad news that mickey gregson died in a rtc last week. He was buried yesterday @ roselawn.he is survived by his wife and 3 kids.
