So hear me out on this one especially the experts in the field of physical fitness and I suspect some others. We use JITT (Just in time training) for military parachuting... I use RTRT (Rapid Time Refresher Training) for range work and firearms training..? so why shouldn't I apply the same concept to my Physical training an expedition preparation..? maintain a basic level of fitness and then 'Smash' the gym a fortnight prior to any deployment or expedition..? Comments, suggestions and criticisms welcome...
