Few info:
Symbiont was set up by polish guys and is run in London mainly.They are claiming that they are the biggest polish security in uk.
they offer treining but they are not running them themselws just finding heads and taking commision.
their motto on polish Uk based websites are that you can earn that much and that much for actualy doing less work than in the warehouse etc..(very proffesional aproach hahaha)treining are cheap...and from polish blogs I did found out that their quality is poor.)

the only person who is actualy well known is Agata wrobel ...witch is a a havy waight lifting champion and I belive that have no expirience in security cp etc whatsoewer.than you have got guys whos qualification are : mma,kick boxing etc no way that they have been working as cpo or psd but i might be wrong.
like for me they have a very long way to become pros.
(like meHA HA HA ...but at least Im saing this with no problems when they are claiming fantasy based things...)

I do some work for symbiont and Seb its absolute Bull what you have posted above. Yes the website is a bit tacky, but looking at yours its not exactly a piccaso either.
Very fewof the candidtes book through the website, most come through polish ppers or mags or are recommended by friends who have trained with the company.
The owner of the company is a friend of Agata ( who has a door sups licence by the way) and uses her to promote his company to some of the less security aware Polish out there. Not the greatest impression I agree, she is not part of the training team.
Training provided is provided by qualified and experienced trainers (myself included) I have 20 years experience in the security industry spanning services,C.P, and door supervision. It is Not provided by another company as you say.
The only polish that complain are the ones that dont pass the exams - 3 failed the last c.p course due to sub-standard portfolios and were not allowed to sit the final multi-choice exam, that was our call!
We up-keep standards and were commendeded by Bill Croft, Edexcels external verifyier on his last visit.
Ken Wharf is also involved in symbionts C.P courses (Kenwas HRH Diana's B.G for 14 years)
I have been involved with this company for over a year and instruct on the C.P courses which are run every two months (next one 18 may in Girona,spain) and instruct the door supervisor courses every second week at their training centre in east London. With 20 years expeience working doors you will be hard pressed to find an instructor with as much experience, as most of you know there are a lot of door sup's courses run by people who have never stood on a door!
I also run a physical management course for them after the door sups course every fortnight, to give candidates an idea of what reasonable force is and how to apply conflict management and breakaway techniques - something that is very usefull to people comming to work in the U.k in the security industry who are used of different legal aspects in their country of origins - This course (physical management) is CHEAP as it is not yet accreddited by an awarding body ( it will be quite soon, and wont be so cheap.)
Seb I have a suspicion you are polish yourself -you would not be the first polish firm to try and discredit symbiont who have sewn up the polish market in the London area!
You got a long way to go to prove your "private detective" skills that you advertise on your website mate!
