Trident MSO/MSTL

Has anyone completed or are aware of Trident Operations courses? I am looking to do the MSO and MSTL. Is this company looked at favourably as a training provider within the industry?

I am looking to spread my knowledge and gain a broad experience to allow me to build a firm base for a long career within the industry. I am currently planning to do 3 courses CP with SOS, SMCC with control risks and MSO/MSTL with Trident. Long term aim to move into managerial positions. I am leaving the forces this year, Captain with 12 years Commissioned service.

Some companies will not take you on unless you have done the TRIDENT MSO course.

you will walk into a OPS managers job without any problems being commisioned.

Thank you, I am hoping i can bring something to a company. My plan is to do some time on the ground or on ships to prove myself within the industry. I feel very strongly that if I am going to manage guys and girls on the ground I want to have been there and understand the roles and demands. I feel that this will provide me with true credibility.

However, as previously stated the market is flooded so you might find it hard getting into doing transits and then management.
