My idea is to create a specialist online portal—not another massive catalogue, but a curated site with a vetted 'Good, Better, Best' range of essential kit for UK security professionals.
Before I go any further, I wanted to ask the real experts. Am I on the right track?
What are your biggest frustrations with buying kit?
