I have currently been offered a position in a remote Area of Michigan USA.
The Upper Peninsula to be exact. I will be living in a remote area and respond advanced life support to help First responders and EMT's. I will
treat, stabilize, and the transport to hospitals. My question is With all the new gadgets and gizmos, what actually works in a remote area setting.
I have not used Israel trauma dressings, or Quick clot, or 1 arm tournikits,
ect ect ect. I am old school, what is really worth carrying and what products work as advertised.? regards. I mean I will be responding to things like Moose verses car,
snowmobile accidents, man attacked by bear, wildlife verses pedestian, things like that. (not kidding) recieved a call volume report. thanks in advance.
