Just got back and been told I need to complete my FPOS and update my Firearms before I go back out.

Anyone recommed a provider that combines the 2 or that run them close together to save my travel bill !?

Try Horizon in Scotland they can do both courses but not too sure if the firearms is full bore though.

A mate suggested Eos Risk.. just booked the 2 courses with them for £599 a lot less than I expected!! Sure I've seen FPOS alone for more than that.

Unsure of location but the transport from there head office is included in the price.

You can take this how you want, but I have a real problem with misleading descriptions of firearms course that promise proficiency in operational weapons systems and deliver something else.

You state on your website the following about your firearms course:

"The MFC will be conducted with full bore (7.62mm) like for like weapon & sighting systems and will include safe weapon handling, practical marksmanship, RUF confirmation and scenario training."

This is not true. Why? Well because a 22LR AK47 is not the same as a 7.62x39 AK47 and a 22LR M4 is not the same as a 5.56 NATO M4 except that that they look similar. There is no "like for like" there. The handling and shooting characteristics are NOT the same at all and can not be described as "like for like" but are "lookalikes". Add to that the fact that a standard AK47 and an M4 are both select fire weapons, then the "likeness" is even more diminished.

I didn't include the Browning Maral because its just a bolt action hunting rifle.
