    Your carrer is quite impressive, but..... Its mostly zoomed in on a lot of trauma work. My suggestion would be to go the off shore way, get the right ticks-in-boxes with i.e. PHTLS, ALS/AMLS, ETC and some more clinical experience treating medically ill patients, hearts, lungs diabetes etc...
