    Industry Concerns...

In light of SIA enforcement dredging out the less than desirable entities in the industry, the void seems to have been filled by inferior companies who, to be frank, shouldn't even exist. The number of individuals who have no prior experience, get badged then set up shop is alarming; now quite...

    SSO course

Shipguard/MSS are a well respected maritime security company. A friend has just returned from Ops with them and was highly impressed by their management team (minus a few jokers on the team with the usual crisp CVs)

I can't comment on the company as I don't know them. However, avoid companies that guarantee work post course; people should get the work for their ability, not the fact they pad to get the job.

    AGP Security?

JR... you don't think? In other words you got no idea. I can assure you the standard of our course is higher than most. As for CO, we've retained a contract your company failed to do so with 75% of the operatives on the job being graduates of our own course; I think that speaks for itself.

As a CP training provider, we agree with Clearwater. We actively promote females to enter the industry. We find females are able to be much more discreet and are more welcome by female VIPs and also by Families they are assigned to. Although we discredited the idea of a female only course...
