Is it possible for your body to be locked in 'Security Guard' mode?
A couple days ago I took a mini Security Guard course. For 3 nights now I have not been able to sleep properly before 5am. I fall asleep fine, but always wake up 3-4 minutes later. As you can imagine, this is HIGHLY frustrating. Everyone of these short kips takes me back to the same nightmare...- micah
