I'm wondering if any of you have any advice on filling in applications to the police; obviously the personal questions are covered, but more specifically the "why do you want to", "what have you done that was challenging" etc type q's at the back of the forms?
Obviously want to do as best I can to get through the "paper-shift", which I'm guessing as in most large orgs is now done by scanning the forms into a 'puter to be read automatically.
Any advice is much appreciated!
