Fully agree on that point, but this company charges for secure storage on their server and the other interesting feature is that you are able to file a crime report directly to the police.
Most forces have an email that you can use to report an incident, I'm guessing they must send an email to the force local to where the incident took place. They would still need to follow it up with the injured person to crime the incident. It could be a useful app, some interesting features
...and then send you a postcard with a crime reference number for your insurance company, followed by a a visit from a CSO offering a helpline for therapy..
