I don't mean to be funny but, I've sent the renewal application for my door badge last week and already today I got the return letter with my ID documents Pass+Driv.Lic., in secure courier delivery not by post, wow I know it's still a long way [touch the wood] but at least they didn't lose them and returned them pretty quick, so if this isn't improvement that I don't know what it is the way to go SIA, just dont disappoint me now ha ha
