Just wanting to know if anyone out there has a blank technician log book that they would mind letting me have a copy of?
Having taken the course last year and completing my 750 hours I have written my hours record as well as getting it signed off. The reason for the request is that in order to "prove" I know my stuff I have to submit reflective practice reports, I know that other training providers ask their candidates to complete a competency log that is also signed by a clinician. Would be nice for me to be able to show that I've written as well as submitted reports the same standard as other Techs
